The genesis for this product started with a desire to make gluten-free/soy-free breadcrumbs to enjoy a veal or chicken schnitzel!! They start with hulled buckwheat groats, activate them to reduce phytates, then dust them with various herbs and savory spices before going into the dehydrator ovens
Free from gluten, dairy and industrial seed oils. Sold in a 500g bag.
Serve: Add to salads, or process into buckwheat flour in a food processor for a gluten-free flour substitute for schnitzels or savoury baking.
